After reexaminating all call-back product, there was no any residual pesticide
been inspected. Moreover, most of the product packed by the same workers at the
same workshop contiuned to sell in the market after the green bean event occured,
and no second event happended after all those product were sold out during the
period of two years. Acoording to these two evidence, the event of green bean was
concerned to the “special case”by both China and Japan government.

Therefore, after China government represented the safety control of the procedure
managed by the factory, Japan government decided to relieve the clearance
restriction ofBeihai Foodstuff, the final product manufactor, and Bielv Foodstuff,
the frozen semi-product manufactor.
